A Look Inside the Warehouse
From multi-million dollar stagings to beachfront vacation rental installs, to a boutique home decor studio, the BlueGrape warehouse houses a lot of inventory. To those who have never been to our showroom and warehouse, you may not realize the depth of our inventory. With over 12,000 square feet of space, the warehouse is home to countless furniture and decor pieces!
When you first walk through our front doors, you are greeted by our in-house decor shop & showroom, BlueGrape Studio. Here you can visualize some of our latest finds in both the staging and studio inventory. Rhylae, our Marketing Manager, often uses this space for styled photoshoots and the entire team utilizes it as a space for collaboration on new projects and designs. Just beyond the showroom sits our Operations Manager, Kenny, and offices for CEO & Co-Founder Akhil & Pramiti.
As you enter our warehouse the first thing you’ll likely see is one of our designers, Samantha, Kristine, or Ria, pulling pieces for an upcoming staging and organizing their thoughts on one of the prep tables. Our prep tables are sandwiched between the decor accessories and pillows, providing them space and inspiration to quickly pull what they need. Located behind them is the artwork which is sorted by size, style, and price point, making it easy to handpick appropriate pieces for each home.
Before you reach the furniture bays there is a section of the warehouse dedicated to BlueGrape Studio inventory. The Studio sources pieces in small quantities so you will often see Anna, our E-Commerce Manager, sorting through the latest arrivals.
In the rows of bays, you will find our Warehouse Manager, Moses, organizing the incoming and outgoing furniture pieces. The bays are categorized by room & furniture type, with everything from patio seating to different size mattresses & their matching bedframes, the warehouse is constantly turning over inventory so it is vital that the space remain organized.
The Logistics Specialists, Daniel, Noe, and Alex, will either be found assembling new furniture pieces or loading up the truck in the back for the next big installation. It is rare to find a day that something isn’t going out or coming into the warehouse so these gentlemen are often busy, keeping our staging schedule efficient.
When it comes to inventory in the warehouse, it is really all-inclusive! We stock everything from mid-century modern to beachy boho, to modern contemporary and of course luxury pieces. Once a year we host an annual warehouse sale to turn over some of the older pieces and make room for new trending styles. Just last weekend we had locals in to shop!
The warehouse is home to so much more than just our inventory though, it is where our team bonds, collaborates and creates innovative new ideas for bringing a home to life and helping agents and homeowners sell listings at a higher price point and faster turnaround.
