Home Staging Assistant I Staging Leads
This role is to be a part of one of San Diego's leading luxury staging companies at San Diego (www.bluegrapestaging.com). Your playhouse is one of the most vibrant warehouses and some of the finest homes to stage in Southern California.
We operate across the county and stage homes ranging from condos to luxury estates. BlueGrape's sprawling warehouse and efficient workspace is a creative haven for creative, efficient minds. You will learn the best practices of the staging world working in one of the most creative spaces. The role is adventurous and exciting in the real estate world.
The ideal team member has a go-getter attitude, an open mind and willingness to learn our systems and processes. You are creative but this role requires more than a creative eye. Glamorous on the outside the staging world requires physical work and even supported by a moving team, you will have to pack, unpack and install furnishings.
You have the infrastructure to operative in a sprawling creative workspace and warehouse, supported by a team. We value team players who support and bring to the table a positive work culture focussed on growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, Creative and Project execution:
Packing and unpacking staging items with care.
Inventory planning for required home projects under direction of the team
Ability to pick up bins and light items upto 30 lbs
Support team on project to adhere to plan, quality and processes.
Participating in staging and de-staging projects as per project requirements.
Execute projects in a timely manner meeting required client and brand guidelines.
Operations and Efficiency Management
Inventory management: Support in managing and entering project inventory as per the inventory management system.
Follow BlueGrape SOPs, systems and processes outlined for installs.
Minimize scope of errors, missing items during stagings.
Requirements:
Travel for work projects will require candidate to have their own vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed as per policy.
Experience in design, visual merchandising, staging, real estate is strongly preferred.
Education: Minimum Associate / Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Minimum of 2 years. Maximum of 10
Excellent communication skills, customer service skills.
Adept with MS Office, Google apps, basic apps and a strong sense of using and applying technology for productivity.
Please note this is a part time role and hours can vary, it is for candidates looking for a part time role and not a full time job.

Salary Range: $19-$22 per hour depending on experience for an assistant role. $22-$25 for Lead Stagers.
Operations Manager
The person we are looking for is a pro at managing multiple tasks with ease. The ideal team member is organized, efficient and an excellent, prompt communicator with external and internal stakeholders. With a great, positive personality you are confident about getting things done, solving anything, which comes your way! You are innovative and take your own initiatives in implementing ideas for business efficiency. You thrive in an adventurous, exciting environment in the design and real estate world and love working with people and making an impact on the lives of many.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Relations and Office Management
Managing and maintaining the CRM, Quickbooks and contracts over docusign.
Managing after sales operations including scheduling and coordinating after sales processes with customers.
Following SOPs (standard operating processes) and improving them.
Managing customer calls and interactions, scheduling action items post call with customer.
Be the front face of the office for incoming clients, guests, deliveries.
Coordinating calendar and tasks, access, lockbox codes, with internal team, timelines.
Working with an internal team to maintain smooth flow of operations, helping them meet their timelines.
Office and Warehouse management, supervision of crew to have them maintain a clean and smooth warehouse
Logistics Coordination
Scheduling moving logistics crew to ensure seamless stages and de-stages.
Communicate with the logistics team and schedule their work calendar. Logistics team members will work closely with this role.
Delegate key warehouse tasks to team and track completion.
Key Skills and experience:
4-10 years of experience in relevant areas.
Real Estate support, real estate operations, design knowledge considered a big bonus and are preferred.
Working knowledge of: Google Calendar, Google Drive, Docs.
Experience with a CRM is preferred.
Experience in managing customer facing interactions over phone, email, in person.
Knowledge of Quickbooks online and/or docusign is preferred.
Skilled at the Internet, apps and ready to learn newer ways of working better.
Availability on phone or email till evening or on weekends may be required sometimes due to industry dynamics.
Proficient at Microsoft office – word, excel, powerpoint

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
